Shipping & Returns


We do not ship outside Australia/ New Zealand for most transactions. Please contact us via email for overseas purchases. 

We deliver our products using Australia Post express post. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $16.50 for Australian orders (more for NZ) and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders can take up to four weeks, but generally ship within two weeks (unless we have the items in stock, and then they typically ship within 2 days). Shipping times are estimated at between 1 and 3 business days, depending on your location.


All transactions are done in Australian Dollars and / or are subject to conversion to Australian Dollars Currency

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, less a 20% re-stocking fee.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 21 days of us receiving the returned product. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

What We Will Not Do

We will not give a refund after the device has been opened and used, unless it is faulty or any of the other usual consumer protections. We have no control over the quality of installation of any devices and as such can bear no responsibility for products damaged in this way.

Please note that we generally do not handle repairs outside of warranty - they usually require sending back to the manufacturer (most of which are in Europe) for replacement, and it is simply not economical for any of the involved parties.

All non-warranty repairs will incur a service charge, including return postage.

If your non-warranty device can not be serviced, and you wish to purchase any kind of replacement from us, we will deduct the service charge from the replacement product's cost.
